Office Hours and Appointments

An automated appointment reminder will call you at the number we have on file to remind you/a family member of an upcoming appointment at the clinic. You will have the option to Confirm or Cancel the appointment. We reserve the right to charge you for a missed appointment if not canceled 24 hours in advance.

We try to see all patients on an appointment basis and request that you call in advance so that we can reserve time for you. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling 618-826-2388.

Our physicians also staff our satellite office, Steeleville Family Practice located at 602 Shawneetown Trail, Steeleville, IL 62288. Appointments can be made in that office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling 618-965-3382.

We will make every effort to see you as soon as possible and often have openings within 24 hours. We ask that new patients arrive 15 minutes early to allow for the registration process.

Emergencies sometimes arise and cause a disruption in our regular schedule. If delay is unavoidable, we will keep you informed of your appointment status.
