Traveling south on Illinois Route 3 go to the second stop sign, State Street. Turn left and
travel one mile to Dixie Drive (first left after McDonald's). Travel one block on Dixie Drive
and turn right on Old Plank Road. Chester Clinic is the third building on the left.
Traveling west on Illinois Route 150, State Street, enter Chester and turn right on Dixie
Drive. Travel one block to "T" intersection. Turn right on Old Plank Road and Chester
Clinic is the third building on the left.
Traveling north on Illinois Route 3 go to the first stop sign. Turn right on State Street and
travel one mile to Dixie Drive (first left after McDonald's). Travel one block on Dixie Drive

Traveling west on Illinois Rt. 150, State Street, enter Steeleville and turn right on North
Sparta Street. Travel about 2 blocks, and turn left immediately after crossing the
railroad tracks onto W. Shawneetown Trail. Continue 1/4 mile to the Steeleville Family
Practice office on your left.
Traveling east on Illinois Rt. 150 enter Steeleville and turn left on Shawneetown Trail.
Travel approximately 1/2 mile where you will find the Steeleville Family Practice on
your right.
Traveling south on Illinois Rt. 4 continue to the intersection at Rt. 150 and turn left.
Continue 2 miles to Steeleville and turn left on Shawneetown Trail. Travel
approximately 1/2 mile to the Steeleville Family Practice on your right.
Traveling west on Illinois Rt. 150, State Street, enter Steeleville and turn right on North
